Wine Fair…

Saint Cosme de la Riche Priory (photo) welcomes 4 peoplee Edition of the Touraine Wine Festival on Saturday from 10am to 6.30pm. 32 AOC Touraine estates and cellars will welcome you to present their wines at 11am and 6pm with 2 “apéritif moments” in a jazzy musical atmosphere and 8 culinary workshops with chefs between 2pm and 6pm at the Village des Vignerons. Gaëtan Evrard (L’Evidence) and Ambroise Voreux (La Cabane à Matelot), and famous local artisans and producers (Angelique Marquette of Fromages d’Angel, Lucie Oger of Fromagerie de Lucie and David Thauvin, chocolate instructor) who have Know how to serve jokes, with sommeliers Anne Rouillier and Henri Chapon.

A photo exhibition, oysters and a round table “Wine for a new generation of consumers” at the library from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm with the European Institute of Food History and Culture of Tours and winemaker Nathalie Curley. The new edition of the meeting of association artistic diversity and nocturnal musical animation that offers 3 Saturday shows between Blois and Tours. After the first day in Loir-et-Cher, two others took place in Touraine, the first on 12 November. NGO United Riders (which brings together bikers who want to help the poor) is organizing its 3e Operation 100 motorcycles for the homeless Mail Huertelup near Place Jean Jaures (motorcycles arrive around 3pm). In Christmas chalets (provided by the municipality) barbers and hairdressers will offer their services to disadvantaged people. Distribution of clothes, blankets, hygiene products is planned. Musicians and designers as well as an offer for hot drinks and pancakes are also envisioned.

Until December 12 Rochecorbon, Natali VILO, painter will exhibit her series “Night in Flowers” in the hall of Vodanum Room.
