Some ingredients in the original recipe are quite difficult to find, but this version is no less delicious. Combine frozen strawberries, dates, avocado, maple syrup, vanilla collagen powder, and almond milk in a blender. Garnish the glass with coconut cream and strawberry jam before pouring the mixture in, and voila!

This spicy Korean cucumber salad recipe will make a great addition to all your next meals.
Cut about 500 grams of fresh mini-cucumber into rather thin crescents. Put them in a bowl of salt and let them “sweat” which means losing water. After 10 minutes, drain the cucumbers and add half the chopped onion. To recreate cloud bread, you need 3 egg yolks, 10 grams of cornstarch and 30 grams of sugar. Beat the eggs, then add the cornstarch. Beat again, then add the sugar and continue beating until the mixture is white and holds in peaks. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add the mixture and create the desired shape, such as a circle. Bake for 25 minutes at 300 and voila! You can add vanilla for a sweeter taste and food coloring for a cloudy look.

This easy-to-recreate dinner using mostly leftovers and ingredients you already have in your fridge is perfect for days when time is tight!
This recipe can be easily modified to suit your taste. Basically, its creator, Emily Marico, suggests putting leftover rice in the microwave with an ice cube to steam it a bit. Then she smashes the leftover salmon over the rice (you can also use a tuna stick). For the filling, she uses soy sauce, Japanese mayonnaise and sriracha.
