Combine frozen strawberries, dates, avocado, maple syrup, vanilla collagen powder, and almond milk in a blender. Garnish the glass with coconut cream and strawberry jam before pouring the mixture in, and voila!

To recreate cloud bread, you need 3 egg yolks, 10 grams of cornstarch and 30 grams of sugar. Beat the eggs, then add the cornstarch. Beat again, then add the sugar and continue beating until the mixture is white and holds in peaks. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add the mixture and create the desired shape, such as a circle. Bake for 25 minutes at 300 and voila! You can add vanilla for a sweeter taste and food coloring for a cloudy look.
