- Peaches or nectarines
- mozzarella balls
- Honey or agave syrup
- Olive oil

Stages of cooking a summer salad by Cyril Lignac
This summer salad will take about twenty minutes to prepare. Here are the steps to follow:
- Cut the melon in half. Then peel half of the melon from the pulp, mix. Pour the resulting juice into the hollowed out half of the melon.
- Slice the nectarines, peel the strawberries and slice the avocado. Place all the fruit in a bowl and add the whole raspberries, mozzarella balls, agave syrup/honey and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix everything.
- Place half of the juice-filled cantaloupe in a large bowl filled with ice cubes. Arrange the fruit in the hollowed out melon, then garnish with a few basil leaves.
All you have to do is enjoy this refreshing salad as an appetizer or main dish!
