Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 kg beef fondue pieces
- 2 punnets of cherry tomatoes
- 2 small zucchini
For the pickle:
- White wine 25 cl
- 280 g density
- tomato
- Herbs of Provence
- salt pepper
Prepare the marinade: In a salad bowl, mix white wine, tomato puree and Provencal herbs. Add salt and pepper. If you find it too thick, thin it with wine or water.
Cut the beef into cubes and add to the marinade.
Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and add them to the marinade.
Wash the courgettes, cut into cubes the same size as the meat and add to the marinade.
Leave to marinate in the fridge for about 2 hours.
Alternate pieces of beef, zucchini and tomatoes on skewers.
Cook the skewers on the barbecue and enjoy them immediately.

Ingredients for 4 people:
- Twenty cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch of basil
- 240 grams of Frigola Sarada
- 100 grams of feta
- 1 handful of black olives
- olive oil
- salt pepper
Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6).
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Peel and chop the garlic.
Wash, dry and chop the basil.
Place cherry tomato halves in a baking dish.
Sprinkle with garlic and basil, salt, pepper, sprinkles
Olive oil and bake for 20 minutes. day
Return to room temperature.
Meanwhile, cook the frigola sarda in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the packet.
Rinse the pasta in cold water and drain.
Crumble the feta with a fork.
In a salad bowl, combine cooled fregola sardada, roasted cherry tomatoes, feta and olives. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper, and sprinkle with basil.
