In front of your favorite series or at the table with a few friends, this burger lends itself to many occasions. It is possible to replace the bread with a polenta pancake or even breaded baby bells. Serve with nice fries!
Poached Egg and Chicken Burger Recipe
Materials
- 2 burger buns
- 1 tomato
- 1 chicken fillet
- ketchup
- salad leaves
- 1 c. honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon
- Vinaigrette
- salt pepper

Cut the chicken fillet. Brown it in an oiled pan. Pour in the juice of half a lemon. Salt pepper.

Boil a pot of hot water. Break the first egg and dip it in water. Then collect with a slotted spoon. Repeat with the second egg.

In the chicken mince, soak all the pieces with a spoonful of honey.

Assemble your burger: Place the lettuce leaves on the burger bun. Drizzle lightly with the vinaigrette. Top with tomato slices, then minced chicken. Place the poached eggs and close with the bread.
