The Spanish-influenced burger restaurant has revamped its menu for spring. In particular, there is a range of completely vegan sandwiches.
Goiko’s menu features six new recipes, three of which are vegetarian. They target vegetarians and vegans as well as meat lovers who want to change their habits.
The star of this new menu is the Greta (€16.90), a burger with Beyond Meat steak. If vegetarians are already excited about Beyond Meat products, omnivores will be pleasantly surprised by the texture and flavor of this steak made from vegetable protein.
Greta is also made with vegan cheese, guacamole, candied sun-dried tomatoes, lettuce, and whole grain bread. Although it’s a burger, usually hearty, the Greta is quite light. For the greedy, it can be accompanied by classic fries or sweet potato fries.
This new menu features edamameita (€15.90), a steak wrapped around edamame, broccoli and couscous and rice. Chic-Tarrine (€16.40) Invented breaded chicken, vegan cheese, roasted peppers, lettuce and onion a la plancha.
Namely, all Goiko recipes can be adapted by replacing the classic minced steak with Beyond Meat steak and gluten-free bread if needed.
